Last Month saw the addition of two new Certified Masters to The Leadership Challenge Community.
Dan Nogal began his TLC learning journey in 2022 by attending a TLC Workshop at Chumash Enterprises facilitated by iLead Consulting & Training. He has since worked consistently towards completion of the program with other Certified Masters including Denise McDonald, Tawnya Mitchell, Kim Gibbons, Michele Kawamoto Perry, and Michael Curtis.
Dan is an experienced HR professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in the casino and hospitality industries. Since 2021, he has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer with the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians and Chumash Enterprises. Dan has gained a wide range of experience working with companies such as Boyd Gaming, Hilton Hotels, Las Vegas Sands, MGM Resorts, and Rivers Casinos. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Hospitality Management. During their spare time, Dan and his wife Tara enjoy traveling and spending time with their 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
Lisa Hoston began her TLC learning journey in 2022 by attending a TLC Workshop at Chumash Enterprises facilitated by iLead Consulting & Training. She has since worked consistently towards completion of the program with other Certified Masters including Denise McDonald, Tawnya Mitchell, Kim Gibbons, Michele Kawamoto Perry, and Michael Curtis. Lisa is an experienced L&D professional who has been working with Chumash Enterprises since 2022. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry and a master’s degree in criminal justice from George Washington University. She is an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Colorado State University. During her spare time, Lisa enjoys travel and photography
