Leadership Challenge Coaching
Tom Pearce is an expert coach who has helped over 500 leaders utilizing The Leadership Challenge framework and the Leadership Practices Inventory® as a 360-degree feedback tool. Tom completed a coaching project for the Governor of the State of Colorado and his entire cabinet. Other recent projects include:
- Coaching a team of 16 Leadership Challenge® facilitators within the Texas Department of Family Protective Services
- Coaching Certified Trainers who wish to move to Certified Facilitator Status and then on to Certified Master status
