THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP PRACTICES INVENTORY (Student LPI) is the only leadership tool designed specifically for students and young people. Developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, the second edition of this celebrated instrument approaches leadership as a measurable, learnable, and teachable set of behaviors.
The 30-item Self instrument allows a Student Leader to rate the frequency with which they exhibit specific leadership behaviors. A self-scoring sheet is included, or scores can be manually entered into The Student Leadership Practices Inventory Scoring Software (purchased separately) so that a report may be generated.
