Based on the data-driven framework of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, Self-Empowered is an assessment and facilitated learning experience designed to help grow and develop leaders at any level.

Powered by the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®, Self-Empowered introduces individuals to the language of leadership through the lens of their own behaviors. Through this powerful experience, leaders begin to recognize and act on their own natural leadership abilities and are armed with definitive actions they can take to grow.

The report provides insight to build self-awareness and spark definitive action for leadership development through the framework of The Five Behaviors of Exemplary Leadership. It also includes individualized tips and personalized guidance on what leadership skills they naturally utilize and the areas where they can improve.

Indianapolis, has been using The Leadership Challenge® in corporate and consulting roles since 1999 when she became a facilitator of TLCW with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. – an event that changed her life for the better! Since becoming a consultant in 2006, her primary business has been in implementing The Leadership Challenge and the Leadership Practices Inventory® in a wide-range of environments, including corporations in media, pharmaceutical, energy and engineering, as well as government agencies and non-profits. Renee is a mentor to several Certified Masters In-Training, has research stories in the 4th and 5th edition of The Leadership Challenge and has authored two facilitator guides for The Leadership Challenge brand.
