Challenge the Status Quo

It has been four months since most of us were ordered to stay home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The way you and your organization operated in February may look quite different today. When you think about all the changes that have come about during this unprecedented time, I am sure you have had to challenge the status quo, as what you have always done may not work in this new environment. At your next staff meeting, ask your staff:

Hopefully, these tips will get you and your team searching for opportunities to innovate and improve. Thinking about what can be learned when things do not go as expected can strengthen us as leaders and have a positive impact on the environments in which we work.
